The district of Pontoise station is abandoned, occupied by wasteland and drowned under the various parkings. The crossing of the railway bundle is extremely dilapidated despite 3 train lines and 6 bus lines. However, heritage and landscape elements are to emphasize: ramparts, cathedral, river. How to give new impetus to this district which should be a nerve center?

To the north, the new district is set up by a line of buildings extended by studs, the system then turns around and links with the city. To the south, a large park has been created, giving its place to the Viosne (watercourse). A new footbridge supporting equipment serves the school campus, the neighboring town, and finally links the town of Pontoise. The railway bundle is remodeled : insulation of the new district by removing two tracks, conversion of tracks / platforms into vegetated strips.
